How long does it take to package and ship my order?
Orders placed M–F before 11AM PST ship same day.
Orders placed after that time, or on weekends, holidays, ship the next business day.

Standard: USPS Ground Advantage estimated 3–5 business days
Free Shipping: Orders over $100 ship free via Ground Advantage (3-5 days)
How do I track my order?
Order confirmation will be immediately sent following payment.
If you don't see it, check your spam folder. If it's not in there, you mis-input your email address and need to message us to update your order.
You can also log-in to the website to view current and past orders.
A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to show movement.
Is the packaging discreet?
Absolutely. Every order is double-packaged in simple boxes with no external branding.
Please do not ship to false names or empty addresses, doing so can cause delivery issues.
