I started my micro-dosing journey about 6 months ago after I got sober in February. I was drinking and using prescription pills to self medicate depression and anxiety for over a decade. After getting sober I wanted to try something natural before going back on prescription meds. I’m happy to say that here I am, 6 months free of any major anxiety or depression. So much has opened up for me since taking them. I’ve been on three days off three days. Since beginning-ish of November.

I’ve felt a subtle but strong urge to release a lot of stuff. And each thing has left room for some other beautiful thing to come. I haven’t felt as alive or magnetic in a long time.

We’ve been through so much in 5 years and I’d become a hoarder in a way, of people and things and thought patterns - in order to cope with so many emergencies and dramas etc. so Restore has been very good for me.
