I was skeptical about these to start with, but I was pleasantly surprised at their effectiveness. I use these to get some calm time in the afternoon, and my husband uses these at night to help with his persistent foot pain (neuropathy). They help me get some down time and they help him get back to sleep. I recommend and I'm also ordering more for myself.

Tried some from a friend who has been doing them for a while and the results were very promising, so I bought some for myself. Enjoying the adventure!

Focused, relaxed, present, heightened sense of empathy, task oriented, spontaneous creative problem solving, just a slightly different perspective, in a very positive way. Possibly some placebo from the intention being evoked each day, but there’s def more to it. If any negative, a bit of an energy crash after 6-8 hrs. Look forward to exploring the other TTW options. Would love to see an increased dose option at say 250mg. Love this product!!
