I got diagnosed with cirrhosis April of 2024 from drinking for over 40 years. I drank everyday. I was a happy drinker and with the tolerance I had built rarely got “drunk”. Never caused any work or relationship issues but I guess it’s gonna get ya one way or another. Anyway I have been sober for a year next month. I caught it early and am very healthy still. I walk/run 4 miles every morning and a nice couple mile stroll in the evenings. I a very happy to have found these. I was already feeling more present from quitting alcohol but these kicked it into a whole other gear. I feel very content and in tune with my body and myself. It gives me spurts of euphoria, not overbearing but nice waves of content. I am a Christian and I feel my prayer life is more focused as well. I have been taking them about 3 weeks and just started noticing this week. I am hoping it gets even stronger the longer I take them. I will say the first week and a half or so I was having spells of like bad moods, agitation. I kept taking them knowing that sometimes your body has to adjust and I am very glad I went through that phase and kept taking them. Thanks and great product.
