I got diagnosed with cirrhosis April of 2024 from drinking for over 40 years. I drank everyday. I was a happy drinker and with the tolerance I had built rarely got “drunk”. Never caused any work or relationship issues but I guess it’s gonna get ya one way or another. Anyway I have been sober for a year next month. I caught it early and am very healthy still. I walk/run 4 miles every morning and a nice couple mile stroll in the evenings. I a very happy to have found these. I will say the first week and a half or so I was having spells of like bad moods, agitation. I'm not sure if this is the same reaction that others have, but I feel so ALIVE while working with this medicine. The mushrooms are potent, but its all so subtle. I feel like my relationship with myself is shifting, it's like Im reminded that I can let go of layers of armour that I've built up. It's such a wonderful feeling to let go.
