I tried some when they arrived and it was such a lovely, calming and opening experience. I was just sitting drinking my tea and then I got the urge to start stretching and moving my body.
This is so rare and lovely.
I’ve worked with blue lotus before but never red. The dried flowers were so beautiful and big! I had to put one on my altar. The scent and flavor is earthy and floral. I used a whole flower in a 20oz tea pot (I would probably use two next time). The feeling it gave me was grounded yet expansive. Love it, trying the white lotus next. Thanks!
So pretty in tea, wow!
I've been such a fan of black teas, but this was a welcome change. It's smooth and so different. I love the feeling of the lotus
